    Decent benefits. Good work environment at most locations.

    Cons

    Company is disjointed and has poor communication. They haven't quite figured out how to standardize procedures across all branches.

    Advice to Management

    Standardize procedures and communication throughout all locations. Implement method especially when acquiring new businesses.
