I worked at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Attorneys and staff were great to work with. Snack cart and being able to come in late and leave early.

    Cons

Management in NY is horrible and they are the reason I quit. They are highly unstructured , gossipy, unorganized they do whatever they want. Very high turnover for this reason.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp (Los Angeles, CA) in October 2015.

    Interview

Tele-conferene with a partner and a of counsel for 30 minutes then met with an of counsel from the LA office. I wasn't asked many questions. It was more of an insight as to their prior clients.
