Excellent money for the most part. Side work is easy, guests are generally easy to please. Flexible schedule, slower paced than a more casual restaurant.
Management is horrible. Be prepared to be treated like a robot. Very corporate. NO TEAMWORK. It's eat or get eaten. Worst part about this place is the lack of teamwork.
Advice to Management
Acknowledge a job well done. Point out the good, not just the bad .INCORPORATE TEAMWORK!!

Very Brief, I had worked for one of the managers previously. The GM conducted second interview to confirm I was what he was looking for in a server. He was confident that I was qualified being that I was highly recommended.
