    Pros

Easy going co-workers, turbine work can be tough but not all that stressful. Mitsubishi had good benefits and tools and equipment for the job.

    Cons

Working a lot with grease and oil. A lot of cleaning the turbine and doing repetitive tasks. Depending on location the weather can get pretty intense but it always changes eventually.

    Advice to Management

Management did a good job appreciating our efforts and how we kept most of the turbines online with little downtime. I would recommend rotating the crews a little more often so that we aren't doing repetitive tasks with the same people for a long period of time.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Pearland, TX) in June 2016.

    Interview

Interview was with the IT Manager, SAP Lead and Infrastructure Lead. They were all very nice and courteous. Standard interview process for a slightly technical role for SharePoint. After the group interview, there was a brief session with an HR representative.

    • Asked some generic questions on basic SharePoint functionality - lists, libraries, notifications, workflows.   Answer Question
