I have been working at Mitsubishi International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

This is a stable opportunity, but little room for growth outside of your position. They provide volunteer opportunities and other social functions very often.

    Cons

Chances of really moving up are slim
    Very tough and conservative management
Errors, no matter how small are treated rigorously.
The pay is low for industry standard.
