I worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA) (Less than a year)
Intern program was small, but extremely helpful, had a one week in class training and then we could rotate throughout the different parts of the company during our time there.
It is a rather small firm, so it was hard to develop a comprehensive understanding however the in class training compensated for that.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA) (New York, NY) in June 2016.
Interview process was pretty straight forward. A formal phone interview and then and got invited to the office to meet the heads of the group. The interview itself, however, was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Don't get me wrong I admit that these are some seasoned professionals but the way they indirectly degrade you wasn't something that I expected from such professionals. In short, they were very unfriendly and I knew right away that these aren't the type of people that I would like to work with.
