The company is constantly getting better. This is happening because most teams are open to feedback and constantly looking for ways to get better. Leadership is continuing to be strong and leading by example. This is the most fun I've had and genuinely excited for the new year.
Cons
None of the cons would be a surprise - still a startup so lots of change which isn't bad but hard.

Interview
Step 1. (13 April) Take home assignment Step 2. (24 April) Recruiter call Step 3. (25 April) Support Engineer (live task) + take home task (send same day) Step 4. (9 May) Manager (live task) Step 5. (11 May) Manager (live task) Step 6. (11 May) Director (15 May) - Rejection email (automated) Total time: 1 month 6 rounds of interview just to let you know you didn't make it till the end. A completely unnecessarily lengthy interview process for no reason. 4th - 6th rounds were really not needed. It was a huge time waste and it's really exhausting for people who are job seeking to spend so much effort learning and interviewing for a company with so many unnecessary steps. 3 interviews should be enough (1.Screening call - 2. Live task /Take home task - 3. Manager), not 6 (!!!), and one last round should be reserved for your candidate that you want to seriously employ. Some people were nice (team Europe), some were not so much (US). One good thing - everyone had their cameras on. Regarding diversity, I didn't see so much of it.Interview- Live tasks (with tables/diagrams/things used in analytics platforms) where you need to write a mock response to the customer; - In depth questions regarding your previous experience - Questions like they want you to explain something technical in a non-technical way; they also check your presentation skills; - Behavioural questions;
