    Pros

    Great people and growing business. Lots of opportunity for professional growth and learning. Lots of young talent with fresh ideas. Blue sky for your next job opportunity. I have the best manager in the world.

    They have some red tape for process changes
    There are Japanese expats who can be hard to communicate with sometimes but they are never rude about it.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Mizuho Financial Group (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2017.

    Interview

    I got a phone call from HR assistant a week after I applied through their career site. It was a brief phone interview and my in-person interview was scheduled in the following week. I met with HR assistant and 2 managers in the interview. In the following week, HR director emailed me to set up another interview for the following week. This time, I met HR director and Vice President whom I would work for.
