Hire experienced people with sound knowledge of technologies for Lead level.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mobera Systems (Chandigarh (India)) in January 2010.
First there was a written test and after that they called for 1:1 discussion on technologies. It was highly technical and data structures, other technical points were considered. After this there was HR round and then final offer.
