The administration emphasizes education of students and works to retain students through multiple endeavors.
There seems to be a reliance on adjuncts recently, but this has more to do with a lack of state support financially.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Moberly Area Community College in October 2015.
It was easy, I had a good reference, and they needed a tutor for physics. The boss at the time was very relaxed, I could see the current boss being the same way. Typically you need a professor reference from the campus, but MIZZOU students have gotten jobs here without a MACC reference.
