    Pros

    - The best thing that can happen to you. You will realize that you are worth more than the company makes you think and start looking for new opportunities. Pretty much any offer that comes your way, whether it comes from a customer or a different company, will be worth evaluating. It can't get worse than your current position at the revenue-focused, discriminatory, closed-minded body shop.
    - Hope for a project at a customer site. That way the toxic culture doesn't do much to you.

    Cons

    - It will be a slow and painful process to re-acquire your sense of self worth. Management will belittle you, patronize you, and make you feel that you are overpaid and should be thankful for having and an amazing project. Actually, be thankful to the company that you are working on a project for a world-renowned company - it was their doing. No credit to you.
    - Benefits are unequal.
    - Favoritism to employees from one country over the other.
    - Useless bureaucracy for things that should be simple.

    Advice to Management

    - Employees are the lifeblood of the company. Share the profits with them Tend to the employee's needs.
    - Happy employees are productive employees that do not need to worry about finding a different job to escape what is only a step away from modern slavery.
    - Respect employees.
    - Prune the tree.
    - If you talk about how great the company is doing and how the sales pipeline is healthy and how the outlook for the coming years is great, then also be ready to boost the employee benefits in some way or another. Employees are what makes you grow - not revenue. Without employees you have nothing to sell.

    Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mobica.

    Interview

Phone interview first then Face-to-face interview. The phone interview is close to 5am in the morning to accommodate the human recourses department in the UK. Friendly, but i felt uncomfortable and tired. The extremely low pay is discussed in the in person interview.

    Reasons for Declining

Pay was 25-30k, they lowballed a college graduate with 6 years experience.
