I have been working at MobileIron full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great market position, really because the competition is all over the map, MI is focused on the real customer problems and we are executing. Incredible team of really smart people with great attitudes and low ego, which makes for a collaborative environment. The transformation from the team that took the company public to the team that can lead a public company is complete. There is an incredible opportunity to capitalize on.

    Cons

Continual evolution, better known as change. Your job, manager, or responsibilities may change over night. Some folks don't like that.
Can't wait to move into the new building, the current building is dated.

    Advice to Management

Continue to provide transparency to the entire company. Focus on innovation across all groups in the company. Seize the opportunity, and don't be bashful about going after competition, we have a better product and vision.
