I worked at Mobileye full-time (More than a year)
Work is very interesting, both the algorithms and the fact that this is a real life saving product.
People are truly amazing, including middle management, both professionally and personally.
Very little interaction with senior management, which from what I've heard is nasty.
Compensation is 20% lower for similar positions elsewhere.
HR can be downright nasty and inconsiderate - in theory the're trying to save some money, but it's really just a conservative attitude designed to cover their own mistakes, that ends up screwing over workers.
Advice to Management
Get some approachable HR people and listen to your employees suggestions without threatening to fire them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mobileye (Jericho, NY) in April 2015.
I applied online and was emailed to interview at their office. I met with one person and then was asked to meet with the head of the finance/accounting department. Went pretty quickly but was easy. They asked mostly behavioral questions and why I was interested in the company. They also had asked if I had watched the videos that were posted on their website.
