    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ModSquad.

    Interview

I applied a very long time ago, so long I forget when, and randomly I was emailed and invited to apply for a project. I answered a short questionaire which looked like an assessement on customer service skills and ability to research answers. After the questionaire I had a skype interview that was easy enough, it seemed all I had to do was sell myself and prove I had the relevant experience. I passed the interview and was notified the same day that I would be moving forward. The process was quicker it seemed because they are really trying to hire more mods.
