    Pros

    Smart, fun employees. Hard workers. Great pay and culture for business in that area. Good advancement opportunities at the time.

    Cons

    Company was struggling to figure out it's direction when I left in 2012, but I think it's got it now that it's spun off it's simulator business.

    Advice to Management

    Expand into fields you are not familiar with. There is a whole range of applications the technology and work you've created can help in autonomous vehicles, trucking, aerospace, entertainment.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Modea in May 2017.

    Interview

    Contacted by the company for basic call screening, then scheduled for a phone interview with COO. On the day of planned interview, Modea emailed me that the COO was busy that day and they tried to reschedule. Then, instead of rescheduling, they sent me a rejection without providing any feedback. Very unprofessional and will not consider applying again.
