    I applied online. I interviewed at Modern Family Law (Denver, CO) in Mar 2023

    Interview

    The person who screened me for the first round was very assertive about how I was a standout and that many influencers without brand management experience applied, and that I was a strong consideration to go to the final round. The flattery was nice but turned out to be hollow and inauthentic. The 2nd interview happened quickly with the digital marketing manager, and I thought it went very well. I was told I wouldn't be ghosted, but I got a canned rejection email...for a different role that I didn’t apply for. I guess that meant for the social role, and not a paralegal? No feedback, btw. I should have known better when someone over-promises and under-delivers. I interview often, and this was a below-average but standard recruiting experience. The job was just re-posted, so they must be picky. That motivated me to post this.
