Autonomy. They create an environment where you are just expected to pretty much manage yourself, which I suppose is great for some and not others. But they do expect a pretty high degree of competence. Always there to answer questions or clarify things.
You won't be spoon fed there. Management is somewhat loose and they just want people that are good, without a lot of hand holding.

I filled out Paperwork and they Gave me a Time Card. Job pays $10.50 an hour. Benefits after 90 days. The job is Working on a Production Line. A Friend recommended me for this Job. The Manager at the time Hired me to start off on Line and Possibly move on to other Job in the Future.
