Our core values are:
INNOVATE - we leverage technology and innovate new ...
I have been working at Mogo Interactive full-time (Less than a year)
Intellectually challenging role with a cutting-edge product/service I believe in; fun culture with lots of young people; nearly half of the company and more than half of the leadership team is female; nation-wide clients; opportunities in sales to attend conference and undergo sales training; work from home options; growth-- doubled in size in 4 years; incredibly hard-working and sharp ad operations team.
Health benefits could be more comprehensive and the current policy of PTO accrual could be improved; more structure for the sales team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mogo Interactive (Corte Madera, CA).
There were two interviews in total. I spoke with the HR, media director, ad op manager and some other account managers. The interview was about an hour long each. They only wanted local candidates who live within the 50 miles of Corte Madera, preferably closer. Most of the staff resided in SF and East Bay. I have to say the HR, or the company management as a whole, preferred women over men. I literally saw like 3 guys with like dozens of girls in the office. Sorry, boys.
They asked me what my salary was like from the last job. I think they will also call your references up to understand what my salary range would be.
