I performed various types of testing. I tested functional and non-functional areas. I have been participated in the several walkthrough meetings for requirement reviews and provided valuable feedback to the Business Analysts.

Small team but very friendly. I didn't saw big problems or cons. All what I can say i positive. It was good time.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Moka5 (Redwood City, CA).

Friend of a friend of a friend recommended that I interview here. I went to a small "job fair"-like event and sat in front of a panel of interviewers and answered some basic questions about myself and my experience. Later, I got an email saying that I should come in to a second interview in person. I got there expecting an hour-long affair, but ended up interviewing with 6 people, one-on-one each. It took about 3-4 hours. I wasn't given an offer on the spot, but it was strongly implied. The entire process took a few days before I got a confirmation of the offer from a manager and an HR packet from their HR rep. All communication was by email and in person; no phone interview.

    Interview Questions

    • Explain your testing methodology. How would you deal with unexpected results?   Answer Question

I was satisfied with the pay and did not feel like negotiating. I believe there is some wiggle room for strong candidates, but the interview process is laid out in such a way as to not be entirely sure of your fate until after the fact. Therefore, if you're going to argue about salary, it may negatively affect your chances of getting the position.
