I worked at Molbak's (More than a year)

    Pros

    Co-workers were amazing; great community.

    Cons

Pay was low and pay increases were in small increments

    Advice to Management

Management be mindful of what an exceptional community of people work for you and thus be quick to praise on how great their work is and less apt to catch people out. Consider pay more commensurate with the care and work ethic of employees.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Molbak's (Woodinville, WA) in August 2015.

    Interview

I had gone into the store and dropped off my resume with interest in a different position, but was called a few days later and asked to interview for Christmas Crew. After interviewing with the stocking manager (I think that was her title?) I was called back a few days later to interview with the general hard goods manager. She offered me the position at the end of the interview.
