I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mollie Stone's Markets (San Francisco, CA) in March 2015.
It was a group interview and two others were there. They were applying for different positions (sous chef and cashier) at different Mollie Stone's locations.
The interviewer was a bit late, but only by 5-10 minutes (heavy S.F. traffic).
She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She asked many questions and highlighted the better points of our responses, which made the process less stressful and more conversational.
