Mission: Delighting the world's beer drinkers.

Molson Coors – Why Work For Us?

BEER IS ONE OF LIFE’S SIMPLE PLEASURES

It’s at the heart of every backyard barbeque and family reunion. At every sporting event, every concert and every sundown. Beer gets the conversation started and gives us a reason to connect—when we meet, celebrate milestones and reflect on memories. Whether we’re at home, at the bar, under the stars or sharing stories. MillerCoors brews what sits in the middle of it all, bringing beer drinkers together.

AT THE VERY HEART OF OUR BUSINESS IS OUR BREW

It guides who we are, what we do and how we do it. Our Brew is our cultural and strategic compass, outlining how we play to win. It rallies our people to lead from purpose to performance.

Part of Our Brew is "How we Work". We play to win through these shared attributes.

BREWING GREAT BEER, CRAFTING GREAT CAREERS

We know it takes great people to make great beer. That’s why we’re committed to developing our employees by offering opportunities to learn and grow. We offer a range of opportunites to make your career in beer a dynamic one.

WE HAVE A THIRST FOR LEARNING

Through our First Choice Learning Center, employees can explore live learning opportunities, on-the-job development assignments, online courses and everything in between to make you better at the job you have and prepare you for the one you want—whether you're looking to lead yourself, lead others or lead the business. We also offer turition assistance and scholarship programs!

INCLUSION STARTS WITH I

Beer brings us together, and our differences make us stronger. We understand that no two people have the same journey, background or experiences. We value the diverse styles and perspectives that help us innovate – meeting customer needs today, and anticipating the ones they’ll have tomorrow.

Delighting in our differences helps us explore untapped opportunities. We inspire our people to get to know others so well, we’re compelled to act on their behalf—including our teammates, customers and our communities around the globe.  don’t take the easy route by doing things the way we’ve always done them. Instead, we grow by challenging the expected.

OUR COMMITMENT TO ENVIRONMENT AND COMMUNITIES

Wherever we brew and sell our beer, we leave an imprint on our communities, on our environment and on our business.  It's what we call Our Beer Print, and we've been making sure it's a favorable one. After all, with great beer, comes great responsibility.

We believe in producing a beer we can be proud of, from barley to bottle. That’s why with everything we do, from the way our farmers grow and harvest, to the way we work with suppliers and deliver in our communities, we’re making sure that every glass can be enjoyed responsibly, and protects our environment for tomorrow’s generations.

Responsibly Refreshing

At MillerCoors, we’re all about people enjoying a good time safely. That’s why we are helping people get more of their refreshment in a responsible way. To do that we’re expanding our low- and no-alcohol product choices, helping our beer fans make choices with responsible enjoyment in mind, and are partnering with customers, retailers and our peers in the global alcohol industry to champion responsible consumption.

Sustainably Brewing

We’re proud of our great beers. But we’re also proud of the way they are sourced and produced. Ensuring a positive imprint means responsible agriculture to grow our quality barley and protecting precious water resources from the very beginning. It means achieving zero waste to landfill, reducing packaging, and cutting energy usage and carbon emissions in our breweries. For MillerCoors, being a great brewer goes hand in hand with being a responsible steward of the planet.

 Collectively Crafted

Whether they’re in our breweries or in our neighborhoods, people are the heart behind our hops. Our beer is made by diverse and talented employees crafting connections with their communities and making the places where we work better places to live. From promoting the development, diversity and inclusion of our employees and suppliers to investing in local communities, we are committed to supporting our people, our partners and our neighborhoods.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Molson Coors (Denver, CO) in May 2017.

    Interview

phone screens by both the recruiter and the hiring manager before the on-site interview. I met with the team at lunch proceeded with an office tour.
The overall experiences were a bit on the informal side and I did feel pretty good in terms how they treated me. The hiring manager provided positive feedback at the end of the interviews which was unusual and seem to me the decision make is very quick.
