At Momentum Advertising we connect with people!
In big companies sometimes service can get watered down, right? Everyone, at one time or another, has had a customer service experience that fell short of expectations. It’s definitely a challenge as companies scale to maintain the personalized touch that often times helped them become great in the first place. This is where we come in!
We are a smaller organization, which is our competitive advantage. Our organization is very integrated from top to bottom. This means the ground floor to the tippy-top of the Company is very cohesive, nimble, and connected. In addition, we love building relationships with people, and we focus on brining that love into every customer interaction. The culture that we focus on cultivating every day is the mother of phenomenal customer experiences. We pride ourselves on having the customer feel “blown away”!
We are able to offer a uniquely personalized experience for client’s products and services to end users in a 1 on 1 setting. We, very consistently, work on providing an amazing customer experience by making the process fun, exciting, unique, and concise. We use meticulously trained professionals in a retail atmosphere to offer our tailored product demonstrations. This allows us to immerse customers in the benefits of our client’s product line to create a truly one of a kind experience.
We specialize in representing large companies inside some of America’s largest retailers. Our clients tend to love the personalized touch we add (in addition to all the new customers), and we love being able to work with some amazing brands along the way!
Competitive industry income, bonuses, career advancement opportunities and ton of hours.
From team nights and company outings to happy hours and company competitions, we create an atmosphere where you can work hard and play hard with people you enjoy.

We build our community from the inside out with regular volunteering events and charity drives.
What is our company culture? We believe our company culture represents who we are, how we act, and what we stand for as a team. We find these standards at Momentum Advertising invaluable as our business continues to grow. Why? As a business we only expect to grow by consistently bringing increasingly more value to the marketplace. In order to accomplish this we strive everyday to serve more people and to bring a higher quality product to our clients. The increasing depth and quality of our work is derived from the cultural values we hold as a team. We believe the these values are the moral & ethical compass that points us in the right direction and guides our actions. One may ask, so what are these values?
Here they are:
We found in our study of highly successful enterprises like Costco, Google, and Apple that their success has been in part attributed to the cultural standards which everyone on the team was held to. So, at Momentum we came together as a team to decide what standards we would adhere to. Since the implementation of our cultural plan we, also, discovered that team morale, productivity, and activity have all increased . So, as we continue to grow, we will continue to place a premium on attracting new team members to our team which have similar values.
Interviewing candidates is an important part of building any team. The search for candidates to build a business obviously takes time, resources, and hugely impacts the success of any business. At Momentum Advertising, we feel it's one of the most important steps to the success of our business. We agree with Zig Ziglar, “You don't build a business, you build people, and then people build the business.” So finding and training the right individuals, we believe, is on ongoing process that only stops when we want to stop growing. WHICH IS NEVER! So, we put together a list of traits that we believe exemplifies our perfect candidate:
We believe if an organization is only looking to hire when there is a need then it is too late. Being reactive, instead of proactive, in hiring is not a winning formula in business. Great organizations anticipate the need and are always looking for winning additions to help drive their business forward. Our team members are what continue to drive our business forward in new and creative ways, so this is why we are always looking for great people that want to advance their career and help us grow. If you think you have what it takes, we would love to hear from YOU!
I worked at Momentum Advertising full-time (More than a year)
One of the most positive work environments I have ever been in! Curtis and Rhyse are great people, super professional and great to work for!
Not the easiest job in the world but totally worth the effort!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Momentum Advertising in January 2018.
Offered an interview over the phone after applying. Went to the interview. It sounded too easy. They wanted me back for a 2nd interview. Turns out I’d just be working at a kiosk in Costco selling phones.
