I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Momos in May 2010.
The owner/interviewer was very personable and friendly - and looking for people with similar personalities. The interview was brief, with several questions regarding availability, suggesting that this was a current concern for Momos' management. Another main focus was my energy level (*must be high!) and my ability to learn the menu (pronunciation is key, as it's a Greek menu) ASAP. My suggestion? SMILE! And be willing to help out your fellow servers if/when you're hired!
