Mission: LEAD THE FUTURE OF SNACKING
Our Mission is crystal clear: lead the future of snacking
by offering the right snack for the right moment made
the right way.
This is not only our Mission. It is our growth ...
All around the world, the lines between meals and snacks are blurring. Snacking – those moments when you reach for a delicious bite in between meals – is on the rise. But there is also a universal cultural tension… people don't want to have to choose between snacking and eating right. This tension provides a unique opportunity for our company in the years ahead.
We will lead the future of snacking around the world by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
Right for real, everyday life.
Right for when all you want is a yummy bite.
Right for that feel-good moment and for your well-being.
Right for our communities as well as the planet.
We’ll achieve this mission by delivering on our three strategic priorities:
You’ll be joining a company that genuinely cares about preserving our planet and its people.
We focus our energies and resources on where we can make a real difference: sustainable agriculture and reducing the environmental footprint of our own operations. We work with smallholder farmers to increase their output.
You’ll be part of a company that works with families, communities, consumers, governments and other organizations to promote active, healthy lifestyles.
As well as articulating the ideas of our partners and bringing them to life, we’ve invested over 50 million USD through the Mondelēz International Foundation in programs to combat obesity – programs that educate people about nutrition, promote active play and provide access to fresh foods.
Hearing people talk, I believe the motivation level is high here, and people perceive the company culture as very good.
It is a listening environment - the company is very good at listening to ideas and the manager I have now is the best I've ever had. I feel my needs are met and my feedback is appreciated, no matter what it is.
When I moved to Poland I had an individual induction plan, so in R&D for example I learned about product development, software programs, the technology, business processes and project management.
The training divides into 70-20-10, so 70% is learning from your work experiences, 20% from talking to colleagues and 10% from e-learning, webinars, reading and so on. Most of what you are learning is on the job.
Once you are involved in a project you can pick up technical knowledge and get access to the real detail.
At Mondelēz International, our path to positive impact begins by collaborating with communities. Our experience shows we can make a greater impact by collaborating with organizations who share our passion to promote active, healthy lifestyles.
The path to community well-being begins by fostering environments that help children and families adopt life-long healthy habits. This is critically important as the World Health Organization and other health authorities recognize the serious public health challenges related to childhood obesity.

I applied online. I interviewed at Mondelēz International in July 2018.
The interviewer emailed me two weeks after I applied online. It was a phone screening with two people, one HR manager and one Packaging Engineering Manager. They went over the interview process and asked me wanted to go through my resume and to elaborate on what I did.
