    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Mondelez International.

    Interview

I was contacted by a person from HR (not sure if he was an external recruiter or HR person) and scheduled a technical phone interview with an engineer. Then I went through a Skype interview with three panels. As a recent PhD graduate with a little of industrial experience, I thought I was going to get more research-related questions. It turned out that they were all people from high positions and they wanted to know more about business acumen of me. Be prepared for very unexpected questions.

    Interview Questions

    • Tell me about your decision making process. I don't even understand what this question meant and I asked for more details but the interviewer just repeated the question.   1 Answer
