I worked at Mondial Assistance Group full-time (Less than a year)
Good People to work for, nice wok envionment. Wide variety of schedules to accomodate different people. Nice company Christmas party, always bringing in food and other events to boost employee morale.
Wages are lower than most, work on weekends, micromanagement, hard to advance. Other than that it's a great place to work.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mondial Assistance Group (Richmond, VA) in January 2012.
Phone Interview: Interviewed with the recruiter was able to provide detailed information, as was asked questions like, tell me what you know about our company? be prepared to provide your salary upfront, this was a sticking point for the recruiter, once I provided the salary that I made, it was clear that colored the interview even though it was mentioned I was an exact fit for the job.
