    I have been working at MonetizeMore full-time (Less than a year)


    MonetizeMore is really good at giving you freedom to work how you work best. They are really flexible on the hours you work and where you work from, it could from your desktop at home or a laptop in another state or country. I really enjoy working for the company because people here make an effort to make it a great place to work. When you talk to a co-worker they're always positive and upbeat and people do a great job of keep it light. Also, people help each other out across company segments, it feels like a big team here.


    Maybe the one disadvantage is that since there is flexible hours, you don't have the normal break between work and life but the culture makes you not mind working anyways.

    2. Mostly non-technical interview with CTO ( Common questions about previous experience/skills/etc )
    3. Paid test exercise
    4. Got Offer

    MonetizeMore is a distributed team, which contains employees from over the world.
    Positive atmosphere.
    Totally positive experience.
    Adequate management.
