Our new work spaces in Woburn, New York, and London celebrate the ‘glyph as hero’, with letterforms abstracted through entrances and lobbies, along corridors, and embedded into flooring. We’ve maximized the open floor plan to enable the kind of collaboration and co-creation that Monotype employees enjoy.

    Pros

    Good work-life balance, easy communication with senior management and great opportunity to grow. Friendly, supportive and helpful team members and management. Amazin benefits and events. Flexible working hours and work from home add an extra edge to the flexibility.

    Cons

    Compensation, Raise and Bonuses are low as per the cost of living and pay in the "Boston area".

    I started with a phone interview with the recruiter which lasted about a half-hour. Then they invited me in for an in-person interview with the hiring manager which went great. A week later I was invited back to meet with 4 other people I'd be working with or supervised with. I was told I would know either way within a week of that last interview.
