I worked at Monro Muffler Brake full-time (More than 3 years)
they treqat there employees with respect and hard work is rewarded,i moved from a technician to an assistant manager in 3 months
very ,very long hours, usually 65 a week, benefits werent good ,and the higher ups really pressured you to upsell continuously, sometimes they were unethical which i didnt like at all
Advice to Management
do not do something you dont feel comfortable doing, keep your integrity and only sell what is needed, not something it may need in the future
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Monro Muffler Brake.
Just show up. No real questions or process. They are so hard up for people they will hire anyone. Walk around a store before you interview. It's got to be the dirtiest shop in the country. Piles of trash everywhere.
Offered low money, but I needed a job.
