I have been working at Monsido full-time (More than a year)
-Monthly team bonding events
-weekly competitions with prizes (cash, gift cards, early Fridays etc.)
-so much potential for growth- we have seen a promotion every year for almost all employees
-European owners - really take care of their employees
No cons but this is a sales position which requires a lot of hard work and drive. And in any sales position, there will be highs and lows which can be stressful.
Advice to Management
No advice - management's door is always open and encourage open communication throughout the office. This has kept employees happy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Monsido (San Diego, CA) in March 2017.
I was called and the manager asked me a few basic questions, I was then emailed for an in-person interview and the manager was kind and informative. He asked on point questions with great feedback for me and how I would be a great fit. I was hired a week later!!
