I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Montage Hotels & Resorts (Los Angeles, CA).
Manager called by phone, she was very polite and gracious. Later I was interview by three managers they asked questions looking for how much I was interested in give my service to a customer and asked for positive experiences that I had in my previous job. Human Resources check my previous employees. I can say the the overall process left in myself a positive feeling of worthiness, and that I was investing my time in a company focus in service as their best goal.
