I have been working at Montana State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The hours are flexible, the bosses are great, and the projects are fun.

    Cons

It's hard to say, but I think sometimes the workload would come in chunks of time, which made it hard to spread out.

    Advice to Management

    None.
