I worked at Mood full-time (More than 10 years)
Coworkers are like a family. Great PTO and health care, Denial. Had a great director who cared and make the place as fun as he could to work. Had special events.
Upper management heavy. Departments like to pass the blame on to others. Some departments new hires make more that people who have been there for years.
Advice to Management
Think about giving raises as the company has not on almost 10 years. Have more chances for advancement. Also be more open about company changes.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mood in October 2017.
Applied on LinkedIn and contacted by Product Manager. Had a phone interview that went well.
I had only one year experience but they need one for a lead role and they have a junior QA for whom the process has to be set. So, the manager explained to me why they are moving with other candidates though they liked my profile.
