I have been working at Moorhouse Consulting full-time

    Pros

Training. A great internal training Academy, tailored to address both core consulting and specialised skills. I personally like the fact that not all training is delivered when you start, it is phased in a way that there is an opportunity to get some hands-on consulting experience first. Material is of course available to all if needed - along with many people willing to help.

Focus on people. The firm shows an amazing focus on its people and their well-being. There are four company escapes per year (one of them abroad!) and loads of benefits, resources and guidance on how to succeed in a sustainable way.

Career Progression. Clear career progression paths, with no focus on timelines. You only competing with yourself when it comes to promotions.

    Cons

No significant cons as such - practically not any international opportunities, although this will likely change now that the company is part of a global group.
