Interview
1st round recruiter, 2nd round head of sales, 3rd round interview with 3 members of the team. I've been turned down for many job opportunities before and I am ok with that. What I am not ok with is how they led me into further rounds of interviews and decided not to extend an offer due to "not enough experience". This could have been decided during the recruiter screening stage. Why waste candidates' and your time? Why tell the candidate you are hiring both experienced and non-experienced people in the semiconductor industry? While they proclaim to be an innovative tech company, its hiring process is nothing but archaic. Do better Moov. Respect everyone. I mean why waste the candidates and YOUR time?Interviewtell me about a time you made a mistake and how've over come it
