  • This December, several MBC representatives attended the 2018 Women in Defense (WID) San Diego Holiday Mixer held at vomFASS. During this exciting networking event, approximately 40 professionals from industry and defense organizations had the opportunity to mingle while enjoying a tasting of a wide variety of finest vinegars, oils, liqueurs and spirits. Not only the occasion facilitated the expansion of our industry knowledge, but it served as a medium to establish new connections and spread out MBC’s solutions and great opportunities. WID, a National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Affiliate, engages, cultivates and advances women in all aspects of national security. Incorporated in 1985, WID provides members a business environment for professional growth through strategic networking, education, and career development.

MBC offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to allow employees to pay for out-of-pocket health care and dependent daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis. Commuter Reimbursement Accounts provide employees with pre-tax reimbursements for out-of pocket mass transit and parking expenses.


MBC offers both a traditional 401k option and a Roth 401k option. Employees may participate in one or both. MBC matches 100% of employees’ contribution up to 5% of their salary. Employer matching contributions follow a 4 year vesting schedule.


MBC provides a lucrative paid time off (PTO) allotment.


MBC offers training and continuing education benefits in an effort to encourage employees to enhance their job-related skills and to promote career and self-development.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Business Consulting (Crystal City, VA) in July 2018.


    The interview process was very good. The manager wanted to get to know about me as a professional & a person and my work experience(s). She also took the time to tell me about MBC, the work environment/culture, and about the contracts (DoD) they were working on.
