This December, several MBC representatives attended the 2018 Women in Defense (WID) San Diego Holiday Mixer held at vomFASS. During this exciting networking event, approximately 40 professionals from industry and defense organizations had the opportunity to mingle while enjoying a tasting of a wide variety of finest vinegars, oils, liqueurs and spirits. Not only the occasion facilitated the expansion of our industry knowledge, but it served as a medium to establish new connections and spread out MBC’s solutions and great opportunities.
WID, a National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Affiliate, engages, cultivates and advances women in all aspects of national security. Incorporated in 1985, WID provides members a business environment for professional growth through strategic networking, education, and career development.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Business Consulting (Washington, DC) in December 2009.
MBC typically hold interviews once a week. The interviewee will be welcomed by the front desk and will soon begin interviewing with Managers and Senior Consultants across the company from different team across the company. An interview will typically consist of 4+ one on one conversations to better understand the difference teams within the company.
