    Pros

    Laura was my recruiter and she was fantastic. Very accessible by phone, email and text. Provided Interview prep and guidance for healthcare jobs. Very positive and always has good advice. I have worked at other staffing agencies but she is the best in comparison and the reason why I just got hired.

    Cons

    Please let Laura Coval train other recruiters. She is the best.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stephens (Miami, FL) in May 2017.

    Interview

    I applied directly on their website. Received a request for interview within a week. Another week later I was hired. Very professional and organized. Great experience. First interview was with HR and on the same day I interviewed with a two person panel of managers. Again on the same day I had to go to the actual job location and interviewed with a panel of three people which included the office coordinator and medical assistant.
