As with most personal injury positions, clientele is difficult to keep happy. The firm has shifted toward a more customer-service mindset, which is difficult to keep up with.
Advice to Management
Personally dislike changes, and changes happen a lot in the structure of the firm.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan and Morgan in October 2014.
It was a fairly easy process. I came in met with the attorney all and all not bad. It took about two weeks to hear back from them. . It seems like a nice place to work. However the commute would have been too long for me so I decided not to take the job. Too far.
