I have been working at Morneau Shepell full-time (More than 3 years)
Great Pay. Advance skills opportunity. Great Location. Great Clients. Only 1 manager who speaks up for other employees and she has great integrity.
Need Professional managers who care about "Quality" and not "Quantity". Failure to remain truthful when it comes to employee's lively hood. Communication sucks. Too many rumors. Too much favoritism. Unprofessional/Un-business related Personal relationships interfere with professional demeanor. No Human Resource Support. No one really cares about the employees but a select handful.
Advice to Management
Never overlook that one employee who goes above and beyond. Don't base a long term decision from a short term emotional belief. Stop taking employee's emails and forwarding as your own email. Hire someone who actually cares about the company and will manage/run it as if it is their own. Remember Morneau Shepell is ONE company. No one department is better than the next. No one location is better than the next. When your employees are happy, your business is successful.
