Community Relations Director Interview
Anonymous Employee in Glendale, AZNo OfferNegative ExperienceAverage InterviewApplicationI applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MorningStar Senior Living (Glendale, AZ) in Dec 2021
Interview
They were great with communication at first but the interview process wasn't great. I came in person and the concierge was very rude at the front desk. Then the Executive Director came to get me, she asked pointed questions but it seemed to go over well but then she told me it was a Tuesday -Saturday job which wasn't listed in the job description. I was looking for M-F so that would have been appreciated. Theyt old me the salary + commission rate which was WAY below what I anticpated but otherwise the interview went very well. I told them I'd consider a T-S job if the fit was right and they said they'd be in touch. Never called me again. Don't waste your time. They don't pay enough.InterviewHow would you feel needing to report on your monthly goals to the investor team? They can be tough.
