I worked at Morries Automotive Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. Training.
Having worked in the automotive industry for years, I was amazed at their high level of commitment to training new employees. It was informative, thorough and extremely practical. And it's all designed to create employees who are empowered to be successful doing things the right way every time.
    2. Management.
The managers at Morrie's all want you to succeed. They are skilled and personable. From the GM's to the sales/service managers, each of them embodies the Morrie's values and philosophy of putting the customer first.
    3. Pay/Benefits.
Morrie's rewards hard work. If you are diligent and follow instructions, you will be very successful. The pay system is designed to encourage effort and reward productivity. The benefits are also among the best in the auto business anywhere.
    4. Culture.
In many ways, Morrie's is the antitype of many traditional car dealerships. They focus more on the customer than the deal, and they practice what they preach. Their company values include virtues such as humility and unbridled integrity. Who else does that? Bottom line is: it's a great place to work, and the team atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to work as well.

    Cons

    Absolutely no cons at all.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Morries Automotive Group (Minnetonka, MN).

    Interview

5 Years ago I applied - Received a call back very promptly by the New car Manager - she invited me back to the store the next day to be interviewed by her peers (ie: Other sales managers). Spent 15-20 minutes with each department manager, New // Pre Owned // Finance Director // General Sales Manager // Senior Sales Consultant. After that a few days past and I received a call that would change my career for the past 5 years! =)
