I have been working at Morris, Manning & Martin full-time (More than 3 years)
I currently work for a great group and love that I am consistently busy. The people are driven and go-getters.
Firm is running like we are still in the late 80s early 90s. Need to step up to the new millennium with technology.
Advice to Management
Reach out to your employees, take random tours of the floor and skim the fat. Tons of folks with a chip on their shoulder that don't want to work.
