Training is ongoing because MSI realizes the importance of keeping MSI’s field representatives informed of changing industry guidelines and requirements. Field representatives are trained to know exactly what to do and how to do it. MSI’s goal is that they will perform their jobs just as clients would do it themselves.
MSI has automated and manual quality control checks in place to eliminate discrepancies and ensure complete and accurate information on inspection results and that all preservation work orders are completed timely and within investor guidelines.
MSI’s management staff, with tenures from 10 years to 20+ years, actively participates in the daily functions of the office, providing attentive and experienced leadership. Management’s leadership and active involvement in all daily operations contributes to a superior level of customer service and enhances MSI’s relationships with clients.
All services MSI offers can be tailored to meet clients’ specific needs. MSI provides management reports from its Infinity System and creates custom reports at no charge. Having unlimited access to online archived data provides clients with the ability to make important business decisions based upon complete, up-to-date information.
