Mission: Steward Health Care is committed to providing the highest quality of care with compassion and respect.
I have been working at Morton Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)
The nurses are experienced and work well together. The providers appreciate the the nurses for their expertise and experience.
Nursing assignments are busy often forced to work through lunch breaks. Often times not enough ancillary staff so more work falls on the nurse's shoulders. Unable to use earned vacation time time due to staffing issues.
Advice to Management
Staffing could be better and would increase patient safety. Management should be more visible not always in meetings.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morton Hospital (Taunton, MA) in June 2016.
The hiring and interview process is pretty basic. It consists of about 30 or so questions and it will ask you about different situations. They ask about things such as dealing with different people and their personalities.
