Above all else, safety comes first. It is our main focus on the job and in the communities around us. In the Safety Journal we learn that we must all work together to make safety a part of everything we do. Our aggressive off-the-job and home safety program has won top honors from the Home Safety Council. Morton Salt Inc. is the ninth company to be accepted for inclusion in OSHA’s Corporate Voluntary Protection Pilot Program (VPP).

Good people who actually mean well. Limited resources.
Break up 3 person group. Lots of invasion of privacy with cameras being used to watch the employees. Is that or not illegal?? One true toxic dude who talks about the people he is with the most. Says a lot be careful. Your gender or lifestyle should not be a topic of discussion or make a difference on their opinion of you as long as you do your work.

For security not peep show or let us watch what you do. Sabotage
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Morton Salt.
Within a couple days of applying I was called in for a quick interview and tour of the company. The questions were very unique(the questions help the interviewer analyze your thought process), along with standard questions about your skills and experience.
