    Pros

    High level of team work and engagement from co-workers & supervisors; working with clients is very rewarding; lots of autonomy/flexibility in job positions & duties; many opportunities for growth and promotion in the agency; benefits and paid time off are excellent; tuition assistance; qualifying student loan forgiveness

    Cons

    Hourly pay is low compared to how hard staff works (similar problem with any non-profit); there is not enough time in the day to complete all work required, despite good time management; clients' illnesses can be challenging

    Advice to Management

    Help staff find coverage or ways to take time off to help them avoid burn-out
