Advice to Management
It is important to hire people who actually care about the future of the children and to be open to new ideas, especially, when it is evident that the old way of doing things is not conducive. It is great to be loyal to MP graduates, but if they aren't qualified, why cheat the children of the district? It is obvious that there is favortism there. Either you are in with the in crowd or they want you out. Your Administrators and Supervisors could all use lessons and training in HR and Leadership. It is important to learn to get along even with people who have views which differ yours. You have lost many good teachers and educators by mishandling of authority.
