Mission: Mountain Park Health Center works with the communities it serves to sustain and improve health by providing affordable healthcare.
At Mountain Park, our mission is to work with the communities we serve to sustain and improve health by providing affordable primary care.
We believe that everyone deserves quality, affordable primary health care, and are dedicated to providing first-rate care and outstanding customer service to every one of our patients.
We Are Committed To:
Keeping you healthy. Mountain Park believes in being proactive about your health. We know that health education, screenings, as well as access to affordable medications, can help prevent serious health problems. Proactive health care can also help manage chronic conditions and detect diseases in the most treatable stages.
Keeping health care affordable. Our caring staff is here to help you navigate AHCCCS or commercial insurance. If you don’t have health insurance, we will work with you to make your healthcare affordable.
The promise of high-quality, affordable healthcare. We understand the needs of working families and individuals, the challenges of finding affordable health care and the importance of finding a health care home and building a relationship with a family doctor.
Community support ensures that Mountain Park Health Center continues to have the resources, staffing and facilities necessary to provide affordable health care to those who need it. Mountain Park is always grateful to accept monetary or in-kind donations to support our mission.
A career in healthcare can be challenging and rewarding. At Mountain Park Health Center, you’ll be making a difference in the community each day you come to work. With eight locations throughout the valley, we are working harder than ever to ensure we are at the forefront of primary healthcare in our communities. We continue to honor our commitment to make quality, affordable healthcare available to all who need it. We’re proud of our people, and currently employ over 700 of the most qualified professionals. Mountain Park was recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of the valley’s healthiest employers because of our outstanding health and wellness programs.
Mountain Park’s Diversity & Community Affairs department focuses on creating an environment that encourages the expansion of ideas, promoting innovation and solving problems. We believe that our efforts give us a competitive advantage and impact every area of our organization. We are a leader in embedding diversity, inclusion and cultural adaptability in Arizona’s health care industry.
Every staff member, patient, and community member we interact with is valued, respected and appreciated at Mountain Park. It is only by having a diverse workforce and patient base can we appreciate different perspectives that every person brings to Mountain Park Health Center.
At the heart and soul of Diversity & Inclusion lies the goal of ongoing assessment and community stakeholder engagement to achieve cross-cultural and culturally responsible health care.
Mountain Park works with the communities we serve to provide high-quality, low-cost preventative health care. Much like our doctors do with our patients, we tailor our clinics and programs to each community that Mountain Park serves.
We have learned that anything is possible when you are engaged in the communities around you. From the creation and launch of our Community Ambassadors Program to the development of our Sangre Por Salud Community Advisory Board, Mountain Park recognizes the importance of collaboration and partnership to better serve our patients.
Signing on to the UNITY Pledge is one more way in which Mountain
Park reinforces our commitment of celebrating diversity and supporting workplace equality. We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion, fairness, and equality.
We celebrate all of our employees and patients regardless of age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees and patients unique.
The purpose of Mountain Park’s Diversity Site Councils is to give all of our stakeholders a voice in our decision-making process. By listening to those whom we serve, work with, and collaborate with, we create a culture of transparency, partnership, and continuous improvement while receiving feedback.
Our Councils give us an avenue to include and engage all Mountain Park Health Center community stakeholders on an ongoing basis and help us achieve our goal of providing cross-cultural and culturally responsible health care. View our Diversity Site Council overview here.

Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mountain Park Health Center (Phoenix, AZ) in September 2010.
I was invited to interview with one week in advance. The interview was pretty straight forward, they just asked about my background and how I would react in different situations at the workplace. I was offered the job 3 days later.
