I have been working at Moxie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits and perks here are incomparable. Dogs in the office, beer fridge, free lunch fridays, super relaxed and chill atmosphere, amazing and supportive people, a TON of paid vacation days and time off. It only begins there. This office knows how to work hard and play hard. I have not had one bad experience yet.

    Cons

The only thing I can think of is traffic!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Moxie (Atlanta, GA).

    Interview

WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS. I have been through the interview process twice at this company and have never had a worst experience. While everyone seems nice and helpful. it is all a front. Both times I have had two successful interviews and been asked on a 3rd interview then, they never set up the 3rd interview. I have called and emailed a few people and got nothing. I might have dodge a bullet, everyone that I know that has worked there has said the pay is low and the workload is crazy. My advice stop hiring college grads as recruiters that have zero people skills and idea on how to treat people.
